PERSONAL TRAINING
I offer in-studio personal training to individuals or duos/trios.

In each session, I will help you safely and confidently incorporate exercise into your life by teaching proper technique and form and mindful movement.
I use a combination of traditional resistance training (e.g. barbells, dumbbells), unconventional training (e.g. kettlebells, battle ropes), cardio and bodyweight exercises.​
​
Workouts are based on the concept of functional fitness - that what you do in the gym will help you perform optimally in your everyday life and will help you enjoy the activities you love to do.
