Service Description
Active Recovery aims to loosen your body’s tissues to aid recovery and allow you to better connect to you muscles at your next workout. We will combine myofascial release using foam rollers and massage balls, with connected breathing techniques and dynamic and static stretching. Benefits include reduced muscle soreness and better training performance.
