SMALL GROUP CLASSES

Don't let intimidation or confusion keep you out of the gym! Drop into a full-body fitness class - warm-up and closing stretch included!

Small-group setting means you get all the supervision and encouragement you need. You also have a built-in support system with your classmates - a great perk for successful workouts!


Worried about keeping up OR not being challenged enough? Classes are designed so you can move at your own pace and skill level. Modifications and progressions are always provided so YOU can control the intensity of your workout.​​​​

STRENGTH TRAINING 

Emphasis on proper form and using equipment confidently.. 

 

Use barbells, dumbbells and other equipment to build strength and increase bone density and muscle mass - so important for women, especially as we age!

​ELEVATE: Cardio + Strength

Improve overall cardiovascular function while gaining strength. 

 

Good heart health should be a priority for every woman. This class will help strengthen your endurance with a strategic combination of cardio, resistance and mobility training.​​​​​​
