This active workshop reframes strength training as a tool for building resilience—not adding more stress!


Through proper breathing, smart load selection, and weight room fundamentals, you will learn to use strength training as a tool to manage, relieve and work through stress and prevent burnout or injury.  You will come away with increased body awareness, stress management techniques and confidence using weights in your gym.


Requirement: Basic level of strength training experience
