30 Minute Circuit Workout - Indoor or Outdoor!

LET'S DO IT!


This circuit has 8 exercises.


Do each exercise in order for 30 seconds, with a 15-30 seconds break between each exercise.


When you finish one round of the circuit, break 1 minute (up to 2 minutes if needed) before beginning new round.


Do 4 - 5 rounds.


Modifications included.
