PERSONAL TRAINING FOR WOMEN
StrongerNow offers in-studio or virtual personal training to women in individual or duo sessions.

SMALL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Don't let intimidation or confusion keep you out of the gym! Enjoy working out in an encouraging setting with StrongerNow's women-only, small group fitness classes.
These classes are programmed for all levels. They are designed to improve your strength and endurance while you learn proper technique. BONUS: A built-in support system with your classmates!
