Personal Training

Personal Training for Women

I offer in-studio personal training to individuals or duos/trios.

In each session, I will help you safely and confidently incorporate exercise into your life by teaching proper technique and form and mindful movement.


I use a combination of traditional resistance training (e.g. barbells, dumbbells), unconventional training (e.g. kettlebells, battle ropes), cardio and bodyweight exercises.​


Workouts are based on the concept of functional fitness - that what you do in the gym will help you perform optimally in your everyday life and will help you enjoy the activities you love to do.

I will guide you to

  • Discover your body's strengths while respecting your limitations. Working out should not feel like a punishment!

  • Identify physical activities you actually enjoy doing so you can make them part of your workout plans.

  • Feel safe and confident when you are working out on your own or participating in other physical activities.

  • Prioritize and invest in your own good physical and mental health.

  • Value yourself beyond your weight, jeans size and how many calories you are burning.

  • Experience pride in and autonomy over your own body.​

Personal Training Rates

Individual Session

  • Package of 4: $300

  • Package of 8: $540  (10% discount)

  • Recurring monthly payment - 1 session/week: $285 (5% discount)

  • Recurring monthly payment -2 sessions/week: $513 (5% discount)

Duo/Trio Session - Recurring monthly payment required

  • 1 session/week: $180

  • 2 sessions/week: $360

  • Pre-paid, long-term commitments may be available if you cannot do recurring monthly payments. Please contact Mindy McHale to discuss this option.

Small Group Fitness Classes

 Drop into a full-body fitness class - warm-up and closing stretch included!


Small-group setting means you get all the supervision and encouragement you need. You also have a built-in support system with your classmates - a great perk for successful workouts!

Worried about keeping up OR not being challenged enough? Classes are designed so you can move at your own pace and skill level. Modifications and progressions are always provided so YOU can control the intensity of your workout.

ELEVATE: Cardio + Strength

NEW! Thursdays 5:15-6:15 pm (beginning June 27)

Saturdays 9-10 am



Improve overall cardiovascular function while gaining strength.


Good heart health should be a priority for every woman. This class will help strengthen your endurance with a strategic combination of cardio, resistance and mobility training.

Wednesdays 5:15-6:15 pm

Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm

NEW! Thursdays 6:30-7:30 pm (beginning June 27)

Saturdays 10:15-11:15 am

Emphasis on proper form and using equipment confidently.


Use barbells, dumbbells and other equipment to build strength and increase bone density and muscle mass - so important for women, especially as we age!
